Real Estate Director

Fenway CDC is looking for a Real Estate Director. Fenway CDC currently owns 409 units of rental housing. We have developed additional homeownership and other properties. We are preserving 148 units and actively pursuing new development opportunities. The Real Estate Director should bring at least five years of work in affordable housing development or related real estate development or finance, and a passion for community based development.

 Accounting Assistant (Part-Time)

Fenway CDC seeks a reliable part-time Accounting Assistant to work with our part-time Director of Finance & Administration. The ideal candidate will be capable of learning our systems quickly; be organized; pay strong attention to detail; and have good time-management skills. Available to work 12-16 hours per week (2-3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday or Friday).

Community Organizer (Full-Time)

Fenway CDC is hiring a full-time Community Organizer. Candidates should have bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years’ experience in community/tenant organizing, campaign or volunteer coordination, and leadership development.
