    Jaime comes from a tenant organizer position at the Mass Alliance of HUD Tenants and brings excellent skills in housing organizing. She has a BA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Administration

    Carl Nagy Koechlin
    Executive Director
    Carl became the Executive Director of Fenway CDC in June 1997. Since that time he has seen through and implemented the CDC's strategic planning process. Carl has extensive experience as a community organizer and as a developer of affordable housing. He has ten years experience developing affordable housing for various non-profic organizations in Boston. Prior to that, Carl organized low-income seniors around issues ranging from housing to access to medical care. Carl received a Master of City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Carl will supervise the program directors involved in the initiatives described herein.

    Gail Sokoloff
    Director of Fundraising
    Director of Fundraising, Gail joined the Fenway CDC staff in February 1999 and was Director of Economic Development until 2002, when she transitioned into a new role as Director of Fundraising. Before joining Fenway CDC staff, Gail was the Vice President of the ICA Group, a national non-profit consulting firm which specializes in the creation of worker-owned and community-based business, where she worked for eight years. She has a Masters in Public and Private Management from Yale School of Organization and Management and a BA in Sociology from Harvard University.
